ABOUT DALLAS GOLDEN

Born and raised in Midland, Texas, Dallas Golden graduated from Lubbock Christian University Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Engineering and from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and minors in Petroleum Engineering and Math. Dallas is proud to be the fourth generation of his family to work in the oil field, and grew up working as a roustabout, pumper, rig floor hand, and mechanic for his father and grandfather. Prior to forming Golden Oil & Ranch, Dallas worked for NOV-Downhole as a Research and Development Engineer, focusing on intellectual property research and computer validation and sensitivity studies for downhole data recorders, and for BP as a Completions Engineer in Houston, starting in the South Texas Eagle Ford Shale and transitioning to Cotton Valley in East Texas. Dallas then returned to Midland in 2012 and joined Occidental Petroleum as a Production/Operations Engineer on the Well Service Team.
